Mr. O'Connor is a Dean's List graduate of Indiana University with Bachelor of
Arts degrees in Creative Writing and Literature. He graduated from the
Indiana University School of Law -- Indianapolis with the Doctor of
Jurisprudence degree. He has extensive experience in complex bankruptcy
cases, and has handled hundreds of cases for people from all walks of
life. Mr. O'Connor also has extensive courtroom experience in litigating
cases for businesses and individuals, and wide experience in appellate
litigation, having authored more than forty (40) appeals in State and Federal
Court. Mr. O'Connor concentrates his statewide practice in debtor and
creditor bankruptcy matters, commercial collections, mortgage foreclosures, real
estate, tax sales and divorce law. He is a member of the Indiana State Bar
Association and the Indianapolis Bar Association (Bankruptcy and Creditor's
Rights Section) and is featured in the CHQ and BCL Law lists.
