Mr. Auersch is a Dean's List graduate of the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology. He graduated from the Indiana University School of Law -- Indianapolis with the Doctor of Jurisprudence degree. Mr. Auersch practices statewide representing commercial and individual clients in matters of mortgage foreclosure, commercial collection, debtor and creditor bankruptcy, family law, adoption, juvenile and criminal law. Since 1993 Mr. Auersch has represented various mobile home lenders providing him with a well developed knowledge of this specialize area of law. In addition to Indiana, Mr. Auersch is licensed to practice in the state of Massachusetts and holds memberships in the Indiana and Massachusetts State Bar Associations and the Indianapolis Bar Association.
